We are proud to introduce Dr. Allan Chircus, MD, Medical Director of EZMED Primary & Urgent Care, who brings over four decades of medical experience, clinical expertise, and dedication to patient care.

With more than 40 years of experience in emergency medicine, urgent care, and internal medicine, Dr. Chircus has developed an exceptional depth of medical knowledge and the ability to diagnose and treat a wide range of health conditions. His extensive background allows him to approach each patient with confidence, precision, and a thorough understanding of their individual healthcare needs.

Dr. Chircus earned his medical degree from Universidad Central del Este in the Dominican Republic. Throughout his distinguished career, he has practiced in a variety of medical settings, caring for patients with everything from routine health concerns to complex and urgent medical conditions.

Known for his straightforward, knowledgeable, and traditional approach to medicine, Dr. Chircus believes in providing practical, effective care while treating every patient with dignity and respect. His decades of hands-on experience, strong clinical judgment, and commitment to quality care have earned him the trust and appreciation of his patients.

As Medical Director, Dr. Chircus plays an essential role in guiding the EZMED team and maintaining the highest standards of patient care. He provides comprehensive primary and urgent care services, including the treatment of acute illnesses and injuries, preventive care, annual physicals, and preoperative evaluations.

We are delighted to introduce Jordan Sibol, PA-C, a valued member of the EZMED Primary & Urgent Care team since December 2020!

With years of experience in primary care and urgent care, Jordan brings a wonderful combination of clinical knowledge, compassion, and a genuine dedication to her patients. Known for her warm, personable nature and thorough approach to medicine, Jordan has a special ability to make patients feel comfortable, heard, and confident in the care they receive.

Jordan graduated from Towson University's Physician Assistant Program in 2017 and has since dedicated her career to providing high-quality, patient-centered healthcare. Whether treating an acute illness, addressing ongoing health concerns, or providing preventive care, she takes the time to listen carefully, explain treatment options, and ensure that every patient feels informed and supported.

Meet Debi Spooner, PA-C

We are proud to introduce Debi Spooner, PA-C, an experienced and compassionate healthcare provider whose dedication to medicine and genuine passion for helping others make her a wonderful part of the EZMED Primary & Urgent Care team.

With over 30 years of experience in emergency medicine, occupational medicine, and urgent care, Debi brings an exceptional level of clinical knowledge, hands-on expertise, and commitment to patient care. Throughout her career, she has cared for patients with a wide range of medical needs, always approaching each individual with compassion, patience, and a thorough attention to detail.

In addition to her extensive medical career, Debi has an impressive background in military service. She served in the Maryland Air National Guard and spent 13 years in the Army Reserve before being commissioned as an officer in the United States Army as a Physician Assistant. Her military experience has helped shape her strong work ethic, discipline, leadership, and dedication to serving others.

What truly sets Debi apart is her heartfelt passion for patient care. She believes that every patient deserves to be treated with kindness, respect, and genuine concern. Known for her caring personality, attentive listening, and thorough approach, Debi goes above and beyond to ensure her patients feel comfortable, understood, and confident in their treatment.

Meet Dena Rubin, PA-C

We are delighted to welcome Dena Rubin, PA-C, to the EZMED Urgent Care & Primary Care team!

With over 10 years of experience in family medicine and primary care, Dena brings a wealth of knowledge, clinical expertise, and a genuine passion for helping others. Known for her warm personality, compassionate approach, and thorough attention to detail, Dena takes the time to listen to her patients, understand their concerns, and provide thoughtful, personalized care.

Dena graduated from Touro's Physician Assistant Program in Bayshore in August 2014 and holds certifications in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS).

Having recently relocated from California to Maryland, Dena is excited to bring her experience and dedication to the local community.

Meet Aaron Jacob, PA-C

We are proud to introduce Aaron Jacob, PA-C, a highly knowledgeable and dedicated healthcare provider who brings a unique combination of clinical experience, academic expertise, and a passion for patient care to the EZMED Primary & Urgent Care team.

With extensive experience in urgent care and emergency medicine, Aaron has spent years caring for patients of all ages, from young children to adults. His background in both pediatric and adult urgent care allows him to confidently evaluate and treat a wide range of medical conditions, from everyday illnesses and injuries to more complex and urgent health concerns.

Aaron graduated from the Anne Arundel Community College and University of Maryland Baltimore (AACC/UMB) Physician Assistant Program in 2017 and has continued to expand his clinical knowledge and expertise throughout his career.

In addition to his work at EZMED, Aaron is also a professor at the University of Maryland, Baltimore (UMB), where he teaches Emergency Medicine to future Physician Associates. His role as both a practicing clinician and educator reflects his strong commitment to medicine, continued learning, and sharing his knowledge with the next generation of healthcare professionals.

What makes Aaron especially valuable is his ability to combine his extensive medical knowledge with a thoughtful, thorough, and practical approach to patient care. His experience in fast-paced urgent care and emergency medicine settings has strengthened his clinical judgment and ability to make informed decisions while ensuring patients receive the attention and care they deserve.

By balancing his time between treating patients at EZMED and educating future medical professionals at UMB, Aaron brings both real-world clinical experience and an educator's depth of knowledge to every patient encounter.

Since graduating in 2014, Youna has gained valuable experience across multiple areas of healthcare, including pediatrics, primary care, urgent care, and therapeutic and aesthetic neurotoxin treatments. This broad range of expertise allows Youna to approach patient care with a well-rounded perspective, combining clinical knowledge with a thorough understanding of each patient's individual needs.

Throughout Youna's career, caring for patients of all ages and addressing a wide variety of medical concerns has helped develop a thoughtful, detail-oriented, and personalized approach to healthcare. From managing everyday illnesses and preventive health needs to providing specialized neurotoxin treatments for both medical and aesthetic purposes, Youna is committed to helping patients feel comfortable, informed, and confident in their care.

Now serving as Clinical Manager at EZMED, Youna plays an important role in supporting the medical team, coordinating clinical operations, and helping ensure that every patient receives high-quality, efficient, and compassionate care.
